Engineering Better Healthcare with a Systems View of Analytics

Had the opportunity to present our work of the last 5 years of bringing #datacentric approach to #healthcaredelivery in UAE at Johns Hopkins Medicine and at the Oracle Health Conference in the USA.
Our work was peer reviewed by domain experts both in Academia and Industry. This is critical we obtain this endorsement so that we continue to get the executive sponsorship we need to further improve #kidneycare in #uaehealthcare by shifting away from a legacy-based approach to healthcare management.
Was particular to acknowledge all our partners not just from Abu Dhabi Health Services Company- SEHA - شركة أبوظبي للخدمات الصحية - صحة and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City - SSMC but our academic partners in Khalifa University and MBZUAI (Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence) as will continue to need their support to advance not just #kidneycare but overall #healthcare in UAE.
The goal is to transform frontline patient care by bringing a #datacentric and #systemsthinking approach.
It was esp a proud moment to present this 5 years work in #uaehealthcare in front of my mentor Dr Daniel Brennan , Medical Director of the Comprehensive Transplant Center at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Was gratifying to receive a gold star from him for the work we have accomplished to advance care for those who suffer from #kidneydiseases
Look forward continuing our work, there is still a lot to do, with the ecosystem we have built right here in the UAE by working together with the highest ethical principles to benefit our patients and our institutions
